Grading of the access road from the Free Road to the beach area was completed 7/19/2005

Fencing (8-ft chain link w/2 gates) of the property boundary along the Free Road was completed on 7/28/2005 and signs were posted "No Trespassing"

Boundaries and Topographical Survey of the property were completed and drawings were delivered to GForce Development for review on 8/3/2005

The Geo-Technical investigation was initiated on 7/20/2005. The Geo-Technical investigation consists of drilling 20 bore holes for formation and soil characterizations. As of 7/28/2005, 5 of the 20 bore holes were completed

Environmental Impact Study will begin following the Geo-Technical investigation

The Land Use Permit will be approved following the Geo-Technical investigation and the Environmental Impact Study

Land Use Permit Received 8/26/2005
The Land Use Permit was received on 8/26/2005. This permit was issued for 150 condos and 50 villas. The permit is the largest key to project success because it authorizes us to begin developing the property and building condos and villas.
